Dubai 26, 2022: CIOMajlis delegation is visiting Ireland from September 24 – October 1, 2022, as part of its annual overseas innovation tours program. A delegation of 15 members joined the tour, representing different companies across the public and private sectors.

The tour is a program arranged for CIOMajlis members to help them spark innovation and build a strategic vision on the impact of disruptive technologies and emerging trends. This 7-day long tour will immerse delegates in the business culture of Ireland with top innovative companies’ visits, active discussions and presentations by influential technology experts and visionaries.

This year, CIOMajlis decided to visit Ireland, the land of Saints and Scholars, considered as one of the stellar innovation hubs which is home to global big-hitters from the world of technology” Added Ahmed.

The data released by Enterprise Ireland, the Irish Government’s trade, and innovation agency, show exports by companies it supports increase by 18% to a record €1.45bn last year to the India, Middle East and Africa wider region.

The CIOMajlis was established in 2016 by Smartworld under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group.
