CIOMajlis, a Smartworld initiative that functions as a thought leadership platform and networking hub for Senior Technology Executives coming from both public and private sectors in the UAE, will host its annual conference on September 19th at the Majlis Salam, Mina A’Salam in Madinat Jumeirah.

In its 2018 edition, CIOMajlis’ Annual Conference will explore the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the UAE’s role in it. September 2017 witnessed the UAE government debut its strategy for the Fourth Industrial Revolution at its annual meeting. The scrupulously designed plan has been engineered to propel the UAE into the future of industrialization, making it a global hub for innovation and technology.

The UAE Strategy for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) aims to intelligently address global issues of food and water supply, economic security, national defence, satellite data and sustainability. It also outlines the path to attain the future experience of government services to achieve customer happiness and to position the UAE as a model for interactive cities using AI to achieve sustainability.
